Hadits pena dan kertas merujuk kepada sebuah peristiwa dimana nabi Islam Muhammad ingin menulis suatu hal tak lama sebelum menjemput ajal. Hadits tersebut disebutkan dalam tradisi Syiah dan Sunni.[1]
